Have to agree with all the other reviews, totally unrealistic card hands , never happen in real poker ,feel like I’ve been totally ripped off , maybe it’s about time they were investigated by the appropriate government departments as something just isn’t right here .

This the most corrupt site there is by far. The calls people make would never ever happen at a casino,so it is obvious those calls are made by bots or shills that know which cards are coming. Second, the statistical probabilities for paired boards, same suit flops, etc are impossible. Designed to steal from you and maximize rake. in one 15 minute period I lost with 2 full houses, quads, and a straight flush. THe odds are 472 million to 1 that would happen. Never play for money at the corrupt site.

Complete scam on top of being mathematically impossible at times I made a sports bet where I correctlychose the match winner in 4 games should have paid 400 bucks logged in to find that match results doesn't include overtime. And my bet was not paid out. Made thousands of bets across many sites and this is not the case. They said I should have went to the website and read the fine print on whT match result.means. calling there licensing tomorrow and makinga report to the BBC. They obviously have stars bots in there poker.games that win no matter what.

chat suport refunded me 500$ , but for other tournaments theysent the case to tech support wich founded that they cant refund any because pokerstars doesnt refund ( but they aready did ) so admiting having problems...not solving them and refunding 10% of whats lost....the way i see it is...another way to steal money from customers

Always a good selection of tournaments available, easy to navigate client on laptop/pc and the mobile app is good.Yeah you get some silly run outs but no better or worse than any other site to be honest.
My payouts have always been very quick and without issue, experience with support has been fine whenever I've had any issues or technical problems. I feel like a valued customer and personally think it's the best website available.
My only slight gripe is the rewards structure and promotional stuff. Bonus chests where I get 3 10p spins on some random casino game isn't a reward for a player with buy ins ranging between $22-55. Drop in a free ticket or something every so often or throw in £10/£20 cash to play games etc. Just make them rarer!

Gave me a little win when I first started depositing just to draw me in. NOW it is TAKE TAKE TAKE!!!!I can't hit a bonus or anything in here. Literally 800 pound in the last hour and nothing but dead spins. Though they might give me a win to let me break even, you know get my money back! but nope nothing. I'm in profit still on loads of the other casinos so I will stick with them in the future.
