The Pod Point experience has been great for me. The support team were of great help when confirmingthe minor work I would need carried out by a local electrician ahead of the installation of the electric charger.
Once the work had been completed the installation date was arranged promptly. The contractors Matt and Andre (of JEC Electrical) arrived on time and did a great job with the installation and kept me informed throughout the process and then spent the time to talk me through the workings of the charger. Both very polite and professional and tidied up the area when their work was done. Charged the car overnight for the first time and it worked as expected. Am glad that Pod Point was recommended to me by a friend - I will recommend to others.

Excellent service, ordered online, everything handled via email, have not had reason to call.
The installer,James, was super friendly and did an excellent job, taking care of my plants and leaving everything clean and tidy. I was expecting to see cable running everywhere, but everything was well hidden, the unit fitted exactly where I wanted and a demo provided, despite me not having the car yet. Could not recommend more.
Good to see the app has recently been updated to support charging schedules.
Order to install took just over 3 weeks.

The Pod Point installed is exactly as ordered and works excellently.
Pod point and their associatecompany EV Power did an excellent job in ensuring the installation met the correct requirements even though SSE took 6 months to actually carry out the work EV Power asked for.
The installation engineer was excellent and carried out a high quality installation of the point.

All installed as planned unfortunatley the wiring was secured to a car port rather than a wall,easier to drill wood than a brick wall.
Installer refused to recitfy unless we agreed to pay him, very rude to my wife and guess i will be doing the job myself.
