The website is so full of errors and inconsitencies it is just not usable. They claim all sorts of big names use it,frankly it MUST be a lie, no way anyone has used it, it is impossible to actually use. Even basic things like domain management does NOT work, in fact its not anywhere you would expect it - I found how to change primary domain by accident and havent found it since. The documentation is worse than appaling and they have the gall to charge 2 euros a minute for support (havent paid it, expect its some bozo in Bangalore with a huge q&a sheet to go through before even answering your question).
I would steer well clear of wasting your time with this.

Very professional, quick and reliable service that too after sales! They provide technical support over email,tickets and calls which is very handy as not many IT companies provide support over the call. We all know email and ticket could take a while to respond/resolve especially when it is urgent. So i can alway pick up my call and support team have always resolved my queries.

Comprehensive system with integration to many markets but not very user friendly

What was good about this product or service overall?
The system is very comprehensive and integrates with many on-line marketplaces worldwide.It is excellent value for money compared to many of the big Multi Channel Management software providers.
Could anything have been better?
The software takes a bit of getting used to and is not very intuitive or 'user friendly' . The on-line videos and tutorials are very basic and limited. However, the support team are prepared to give as much 1 to 1 tuition as and when it is needed.
How was the support?
Excellent - most problems/queries are dealt with within an hour or 2 and seldom more than 24 hours. You will deal with individuals rather than a faceless 'support team'.
