Very disappointed as I keep losing money due to your connection fails in the middle of the games,I wrote several complaints to contact support and they not even attempt to answer them. Not even a number of the case to be able to follow or at least feel listened to. So frustrating, I looking for other platforms to spend my money securely. That's a pity.

Playtika's game House of Fun is a total Rip-off... They are partnered with Facebook and together theyblock you from getting any free spins from other players and from seeing current posts about the game.
Once you start using free spins in the game you will start losing items from your inbox because they are trying to force you to spend money... Rip-off artist is what they should call it ..

I thought company like playtika cares about players, especially loyal players who makes in game purchases,but after chatting with costumer support, I felt offended and disappointed, because person told me that there is no difference if I make purchases or not, so it makes me think that Playtika doesn't care about people who support games, who are loyal players. What a shame on company's policy, so I will no longer support any of your games. It is very offensive and disgraceful. I contacted management, no apologies from them . Algorithms in slot games are made that 95% of time you gonna loose, believe me I played real casino fir 10 years, there is bigger chances to win there than in playtika games. Greedy company who doesn't care about players. Games lost all fun, priority is monetizing. Since no apologies from company, no gifts like free coins for rude workers, don't recommend it . Don't believe that game based in luck, it is their excuse, no wins on higher bets, only on small ones. I am playing playtika games since their beginning, it was more fun before, than it is now. Been playing slotomania 8 years,,the game is not fair play and even though its advertized as freeplay,,only players who spin thousands of real dollars win trillions,,i spin 300 to 400 times on most games before free spins even hit or bonuses,,games like 6 tiger grand in slotomania do not ever give grand jackpots and super jackpots are fake,,support alwsys says bad luck or losing streak..how is 8 years playing without ever hitting a super jackpot just a losing streak? this game is false and unjust in play and only takes money and does not give back.

I had 2 playtika webgames Caesars and Slotomania. I have been playing for years and spend a ton here.Playtika barred be from playing. No explanation. I have billions in coins. When I contacted them they did not give me an explanation or justification and seemed to want to blame me for the problem. When I replied that they did not answer any of my questions they never got back with me.

Been playing these games for many years, I have yet to spend a penny to play. I spend days winning nothing while using daily free coins.If I have a good run building a coin balance of a billion I bet 50million coins a spin. If I use this strategy I hve had as much a a trillion in wins, get bored and bet big then back to almost zero. If I have a bank of 300 billion plus and bet consevitably I can play for long periods of time. I enjoy the games and will continue keep my money at home.

I'm very dissatisfied! They are liars and I believe thief's. They say that they are FREE slots,you can't compete or win without making purchases! I had an issue, issue was not their fault, I tried to contact slotomania and Playtika, you can't! I have made many,many purchases, every time I spin it seems like I get 2 or 3 pop-ups requesting I purchase a Awesome deal, also everything you push on Slotomania home page either takes you to the store or some purchase pop-ups!!!! I anyhow they conveniently answered my emails after my purchases had expired! I will spend the rest of my days telling people on any platforms I can access that Playtika and Slotomania are owned and operated by Israel holding
