I had never a problem with them,their customer support is excellent.
Also, they offer bonus and referral schemes.

Congratulations on this site! I used appsumo and on the web I was looking for alternatives to have other LTD software!Searching the web I found pitchgroud. I find it really efficient and I can say that they have great customer care. I contacted customer service for a somewhat anomalous request and despite the negative response they were very kind, even on facebook they regularly respond to their ads!
What can I say, site with pleasant user experience, interesting programs and services! Keep it up!
P.S. Find ways to encourage reviews, they are important and there are often few

It's a little less user-friendly than AppSumo but there have been some pretty useful improvements of late (such as increased video tutorial material)that give users more information about the product.

I had been with Pitchground since Oct 2018 when I purchased my first LTD (LetConvert) on their platform.What I witnessed since then is their continual improvements, be it their website and deals and even the team's calibre had grown from strength to strength.
Most importantly, from a customer point of view, is the transparency and honesty with which they conduct their business as displayed in their open communication with the community in the facebook group.
For that, I have no hesitation in recommending Pitchground to anyone who is interested in supporting promising SaaS startups.
