Generally a really nice bit of software, takes a lot of the challenge out of managing payroll i.e.integration with the HR system and handling payments.
A couple of pretty big bugs here and there but generally caught and solved by the excellent technical support team.
However it does not allow the sending of payslips (either in draft or actual form) before payroll is paid which I have always found is the best way to reduce errors and manage employee queries and without this the other benefits of the system are sadly completely lost on our employees who believe we have regressed and want to change back to our old system.

We're a startup in Norway who just got some employees in Denmark. Quite frankly, I wasn't particularly excited about handling salary payment including tax etc in a different country.But with Pento, this went like a breeze. Let the employees handle their own details, tax card is extracted from the government automatically and everything else is like having local employees.
Couldn't recommend it more. Hope you expand to even more countries soon!

I can only recommend Pento as it works seamlessly for my business NettoFoder.dk. Managing a small number of employees (4 in my case)can be troublesome and frustrating with all the same deadlines and obligations as if you had 40. But Pento makes the management much easier and the few times I have needed help (due to my own mistakes) they have been fast, helpful and professional. Five big stars and an unconditional recommendation from me.
