Funkos were delivered perfectly. No damage etc.
My issue was one of the items had a sticker missing.I know this seems petty, but that was the only reason I brought that funko...
I emailed them and their reply was some of them dont have stickers and its in the terms and conditions, that not all will come with stickers. But this is not displayed on the actual item page. (not that I could see)
So I am basically left with one overpriced funko with no sticker.
Im a box collector so all the little things matter. But also I found their reply very rude. They said I can return it but I would have to pay the return fee.... not sure if i will order from them again.

In stock item never arrived, waited 2 months! When I asked for a refund I was charged a 10% cancellation fee and was pretty much told bad luck.Made numerous enquires about status prior to this and just got a generic response with no resolution! Also purchased another item that was listed in stock only to find out 3 weeks later when I queried the hold up that it was not available, it then took them another week to refund my money. Staff are frustrating and unempathetic! Awful experience

This was my second time I purchased a product from this company only to have the same issue.They provide you with a timeframe for delivery and you do not receive it in this timeframe. I also cancelled my second order before they shipped it because it was outside the delivery time stated and I was now not going to receive the product for my grandson's birthday. I then received a reply email 6 hours later stating your product has now been shipped. I have just received an email to my cancellation email saying "We apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Your order was shipped out on the 18th of December and we're unable to process a refund for the order already been shipped." Really, I have not received this product and will now go through the legal system to receive my refund. Terrible, dishonest company that does not give a damn about their customers. Shame on you Ozzie Collectables.

Delayed ETA numerous times and wrong contents

I bought 2 flesh and blood welcome to rathe unlimited booster boxes back on the 26th of october 2020when I recieved the first package from them on the 17th of November 2020 I recieved the wrong contents then I've sent it back in the exact same condition then they give me an eta which was either wrong or was delayed then they give me another eta which was delyaed or wrong now they say wait 3-5 buisness days from today which it's the 15th of December 2020. I live in the exact same state as them and not more than a 30 minutes drive from them. They are awfully slow and have been wrong numerous times on the ETA. I have ordered a case box set of flesh and blood welcome to rathe unlimited edition from the Board Gamer AU and that arrived in a reasonable amount of time with the correct contents. I will wait the 5 days and if not delivered I will get a refund in full and if they will not do that then I will dispute through paypal. If I buy something I expect that item if it's delayed that's fine but if it keeps getting delayed and delayed eventually this does turn into theft since I have paid for something and have not recieved it. They did give me a free postage return shipping label so that was good but to me this sort of service is unacceptable. I will have to say I cannot know how other people's experiences with them are but this was just my experience and it does not want make me want to buy from them again.

I ordered a Galactus Heroclix figure for over $150. Months later I still don't have it and xmas is weeks away.I have contacted them three times and they keep telling me that the new stock arrival date is 31st August 2020. It is now 5th December and they don't seem to be trying too hard to get an updated time of arrival. Will it be here for xmas ?!? On top of that, they are still advertising the product online as if they have them in stock.

AVOID IF ORDERING FROM THE UK!! They wash their hands of your parcel as soon as it has left them.I was waiting months for it to be delivered and then it seems it got stuck in customs and returned to them. There was no attempt at delivery. Not sure if this was a packaging error because "Customer service" were very unhelp and dismissive. Ended up having to pay the cancellation fee on top of the expensive delivery fee i had already paid because I did not want it to get reposted with the same issue and be even further out of pocket. I wasted £40 for nothing. Really disappointed.
