I have been to their offices in Brazil. It's a shoe box. No wonder I had not received royalties (almost a year)for song that I cowrote that became rather well known. Yet I as never on the credits as a co writer. The customer service associates will reply eventually to your email enquiries but never fully answers your questions and also subtly berate you in the process Not sure what to make of this place. I know I made more money from Tunecore and that ain't saying much.

Any distributor that would rather keep 15% of your work, while not offering anything in return is a waste of time.
Also,since there's no paid option, their support behaves as if they're not getting paid by your.
It is not the worst option, but they don't even care to answer on Trustpilot, so what do you expect? Feel free to try and upload with them, but committing is not a good idea.

ONErpm was the first distributor I tried and it was a horrible experience. Shortly after releasing my first albums,they took them off digital platforms, and when I asked them they told me that I needed ISRC and UPC codes for it. Shouldn't they provide me with those codes?

No reason for rejecting my Album or Artwork cover? the Album cover was a Photoshop graphic photo of myself so why that was rejected is anyone's guess...my music production is 100% original and that has been rejected also. A useless service and a total waste of time... I wish I had read reviews before using

I was with ONErpm for six years distributing my electronic music, in 2013 they were pretty good. But,over the years their quality and support slowly became worse and more unprofessional. Their website always had issues, and their "customer service" was often rude and condescending. They were dishonest, and would treat your music and art like it was theirs. A few times when I would submit albums, ONErpm would reject ORIGINAL cover art that I created 100% myself! Royalty free images they'd also not allow. Really ridiculous.
Leaving them in 2018 was one of the most painful, stressful experiences in a long time. I knew they were making it difficult on purpose and made it as annoying as possible to pull my music from stores. Right before I left, they put up all of my music ON PURPOSE onto YouTube, so the takedown process would take longer! This is so incompetent. Dealing with their support team was like pulling teeth, they were condescending and acted like I was stupid, by not answering questions, taking a long time to reply, and not doing as I asked. They were trying to keep me tied to their "distribution contract." Shameful!
Overall, it was a huge headache, a nightmare...literally! From the awful, glitchy website. To their unprofessional, condescending customer service, to the sneaky and rude things they would do to "get back at me" for speaking the truth at their incompetence. They were the WORST distributor I ever tried. Indie artists, please stay away from ONErpm.
