I placed my order, received confirmation, received a notice that the warehouse was shipping my item as well as a tracking code.I kept checking the tracking code which did not work. When my order was due to be received I got an email stating my money will be returned. I guess I don’t receive my goods then? No reason. No response from customer support. A real shame because I love the brand and was very excited for my order.read more

I love this coat!! Was -10°c outside and I was toastie as piece of fresh toast. Have to wait at bus stops and it's almost as if I'm still inside in the warm.
This is my second coat from O'Neill,the first lasting 7 years without incident.
