I have home internet from O2. It is terrible in every way. It does not work frequently and when it does work it is slow most of the times.Phone support line is a joke. People from support line don't know how to support customers, they can't help you with the issue you have.

Have no manner how to talk with customer need of moral education. Worst customer service at Essen.The speed is very much slow. Charged me more than in the contract. Employee speak english when they have some scheme when we tell about the problem they use to say don’t know understand english.

I wish I could give 0 stars Signing a contract with O2 Germany was the WORST decision I took. 1- If you are an English speaker,you have no chance to reach customer service and talk to them. 2- If you reached them even in German, they do not properly respond. Customer service gives unrelated information and it is never the same information you get from different o2 employees. 3- They end up charging you extra without informing you. It doesn't matter how many times I sent them a post and call them to change my address. They kept sending the post to my old address and blamed me that I am not responding to their mails. worst!!

It's been a week since we're without internet! It comes and goes spontaneously, and keeps us offline for a few hours!We have called o2, they said they've reported it and they will get back to us within 24 hours when the problem is resolved. We're both working online from home during the lockdown and had a huge problems with our offices because we cannot even tell when we're able to work again! We were forced to use a vacation days! They don't even provide official E-Mail where you can report the technical issues! Deliberately probably, so you don't have any evidence that you've reported the problem.

I also don't understand why, having clients in Germany who are NOT GERMAN, the workers on the helpline and customer happiness services don't speak English.I am the client, I PAY, not them. So I should be provided with SERVICES and not regret their help. I won't work with them EVER AGAIN.

Welcome to My story with O2 and how to exploit “legal way” to take more and more money. It all started two years ago when I signed a contract for myself and my partner with two phones.After a year that something in my monthly bill was weird, I decided to check all my expenses and it turned out that I was paying O2 50 euros more than what is written in our contracts. After months of phone calls and accusations from them that we signed for 3 phones. it turned out that they accidentally added another device to our contract that was proven from the store protocol where we signed our contract, that we never requested, received or appeared in our contract. Following these months of fighting and to many headaches, of course, straight away we sent cancellation letters (per post and online) to both of our numbers and the extra number we received for a discount on the contracts. Not surprising at all, seven months after the letters were sent and I was called to be informed that my contract will be cancelled, the end of the contract came and only one number was cancelled. Guess what? the other two numbers (one of which was never used) started a new one year contract with no possibility of cancellation. I'm already used to calling and accepting the blame from O2 because of course, all that matters is money and not checking where the mistake actually came from. So I called and transferred a million times from person to person call after call after call (already three weeks of talking) The answer from O2 is that the envelope which I sent with three different cancellations papers somehow magically arrived with only one paper inside. I was not surprised because this is the second time that their “mistake” on me to pay. But I can’t understand how is it “legal” that details disappear and it is not their responsibility. Moral of this story, never sign a contract with O2!
