This is quite literally the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with.My computer has needed two replacement parts (it needs more but I've done two RMAs, more detail below).
My GPU was bricked upon receiving my PC. I had to ship the entire PC back for just the GPU to be replaced. Took a while, fun stuff /s. Then when my PC was returned to me the hard drive just straight up didn't work, and two cable seats on my motherboard were broken. They sent me another hard drive that doesn't work. Could be because like the two cable seats on my MOBO, the SATA cable end is also broken. Though a new cable hasn't fixed the issue so who knows. Might even be the motherboard at this point. And I have a feeling if I want my MOBO replaced they'll need me to send the entire machine back. Which after my previous experience is absolutely not happening.
Furthermore the PC case was scratched to hell with paint chipped off the top when I received it. Guess what that would take to fix? You guessed it, another full shipment back to NZXT for more stuff to be broken. Oh don't worry, I included that in my first RMA with the GPU issue, and they didn't even fix it so take that as you wish.
I also paid nearly $200 for overnight shipping that took five days after shipping to get to me (no weather issue, nothing like that, just sat at a warehouse. I'd understand weather but not Fedex or NZXT messing around or whatever). They didn't care, no refund nothing. They also didn't give me any recompense for needing to RMA my computer multiple times in less than a month, and still needing to.
This company sucks, really don't buy from them. I bought their most expensive prebuilt and they couldn't give a damn, I was treated like I bought a $5 item from them. "You bought something from us? The transaction is done buzz off." -NZXT, probably.
If I could return it at this point I would.read more

Avoid this company at all costs. I ended up having my money tied up for over two months with NZXT and never got so far as the windows screen.I waited over a month for a machine that had electrical problems right out of the box. Fans weren’t spinning, no visual output. I sent it back for a repair, only to receive a machine two weeks later that wouldn’t turn on at all. Whether it’s shipping, repairs, returns, or hold times, every time estimate they give you will be inaccurate. Everything takes longer than they claim. Worst of all, some of the tech support staff are arrogant and completely indifferent to your situation. Instead of walking you through a problem, they will send you an email about what to do and just tell you to read that email if you dare have any questions. Can you imagine Apple or Dell tech support doing that? NZXT is the worst computer company in North America.read more

So I bought one of their CPU coolers just 6 months ago and its now making a terrible noise,The noise its making sounds like a washing machine when something is hitting the drum when its in spin?
So I checked my warranty and knew that I was within a year so I went to NZXT's website and OH DEAR ME!
So there is no Email and only a form for us to fill in, I bought the cooler via amazon but I dont like their chatbots so I thought id contact this circus direct.
I typed out a decent message, filled all the form in and pressed SEND....For their page to just refresh and I lose all my text Grrrrr...
So I did it again but kept the text in a document first, I pressed SEND again and again nothing! No "Your message has been received" nothing?
I dont know if they have got my message or not because their site doesn't tell you??
So I went to FACEBOOK and thought id try there and send them a message there BUT NOPE! they have disabled the message option!!
WHAT kinda company makes it so hard to contact them? This alone should ring bells to anyone reading this but also the Tsunami of negative comments on here!
Turns out the fan on the Cooler had destroyed barings? HOW does a fan of only 6 months and its not been on everyday either as I worked away for 2 of those months! How does a fan die in such short time?
Its simple, Their parts are cheap and their aftersales is dire...
