I have ordered at northweek several times now. The delivery usually is very fast (given that I live in a different country).Prices are great compared to product quality.
Once I accidentally received a wrong item but this was no problem. Within few days a new delivery with the correct item was sent out and as token of compensation I was allowed to keep the wrong article.

Bought my new Northweek sunglasses via the Hawkers site - not sure if it's the same company or just associated?Either way, the sunglasses are lovely - very lightweight but sturdy and non slip. I got Northweek Wall in 3 colours - blue, 'venice' and red. They are perfect for what I need, I like to switch mine up and I know they'll last me a long time (I already own a pair in black).
What sets them apart is clear lenses, polarised and anti glare which is ideal for my sensitive eyes. I use them for normal day out or hiking, skiing, driving etc. They really are great and I'll definitely be returning for more in the future.
Also, the delivery was incredibly fast - next day with DHL. I was worried about Brexit and how it will affect the process, but there was no problem with shipping from Spain to UK. Great service!read more

I ordered 2 pairs of Sunglasses on the 22nd of June. Delivery was estinated 5 working days.I contacted Northweek via their support email after 5 working days and no response. Then I contacted them again on the 6th of July and again no response. Sounds like a scam to me!read more
