Theee worst. I was charged twice for an item. Neiman Marcus said they have no knowledge of it.I paid for 1-2 day shipping only to get a notice 1 day after being charged twice and expecting my order that my order was cancelled. I called they told me they don’t have any info of why. I then tried to order the shoes over the phone and they stayed the shoe was sold out. Complete run around I received one method of payment back but now I have dispute through my bank for the other one. Very bad business. I’ve been told by quite a few ppl that this is normal with them. Shop saks or Nordstrom skip the hassle.

What a horrendous organization!!!! Purchased a online gift card from them, and they extracted themonies from my checking account. I never received a conformation email so I did an online chat with a representative and was told a mistake on the recipients email was made so the transaction never went through and the monies would be refunded. I proceeded to purchase another gift card with the right email & everything went well. Now we're told not getting our original refund because policy states no refunds on gift cards! My 2nd purchase was made because I was told I was getting a refund. I called customer service, got nowhere & they hung up on me! Horrible customer service! Never will I do business with this an unethical company again!!! Fred Atlas

My 1000 dollar order was not delivered…

My 1000 dollar order was not delivered to me. On my original email it says a signature would be required which I was glad to hear.However when FedEx “dropped it off” it said indirect signature required on the delivery notification. I filed a claim with NM and they declined it in less than 24 hours. When all the information is clearly there. They said I could not open another claim but that it is being escalated to higher management and I have to wait another 5-7 business. Mind you I paid express shipping for this item. Now I’m out 1000 dollars and my item. I expected more from a high end retailer.

Apr 26 at 9:14 PM I will never shop here again!! They sent me Tory Burch shoes that was clearly damaged and defective when they sent them to me!They had a red arrow pointing to the damage when I opened the box. Also, the customer service is terrible. I spoke with a supervisor-Morgan that was rude and had the worst customer service ever! And she hung up on me. Never again. A week later and I'm still waiting on them to refund my money.

I’m a true 7 and the shoe I purchased runs like 7 1/2. I purchased these shoes for my wedding day andsadly my father passed away and trying the shoes on when they delivered were not top of mind for me. After 2 months I finally got around to trying on the shoe and realized it was big. I explained the situation and simply asked may I please exchange... I was met with management telling me nope sorry you’re past your 30 day window. I will never purchase anything from Neiman Marcus again. There are far better companies that actually treat their customers with better service

Beware Online Flash Sale

Neiman Marcus regularly sends me emails regarding their 24-hour flash sales. Yesterday,I ordered a $285 Theory top for $49. It took NM nearly 12 hours to decide that they did not have the size I ordered in stock. With only limited time left for the sale, I jumped online and ordered the top in a smaller size. (I am between the two sizes depending on the cut and length of the top. Often reviews help me determine which is best prior to ordering, but there were no helpful reviews.So, when in doubt, I size up--usually works out OK.) Then just hours later, when the sale was concluded, the top appeared on the website with availability of multiple tops in the cancelled size. How did that happen while the stores across the country were closed? Did they have a mass return across the country of that top in my size late that day? Seems like bait and switch to me. Customer service was not particularly helpful. The robo bot never answered me online. I had to call customer service 3 times before I was told there was no explanation for what occurred. I was offered the opportunity to make a third order for the top, charging my credit card once again. Seriously? Oh yes, I was sent a 10% off coupon for the order cancelation that can only be used on a full price item. It has an expiration date. I know better than to try to use it in the store because anyone who walks into a Neiman Marcus with either a gift card or coupon is treated like dirt.
