I ordered a beard trimmer from them a month ago and I have not received it yet Some how they sent a bogus tracking number to my local post office,but when I checked the post office they didn’t have it So in summation, I’m out of $43 Can’t get a answer to where my merchandise is, so it’s safe to say that they are DAMN THIEVES!!!! Lesson learned, so NEVER BUY from these CROOKS

Have been taken down twice by these deceptive crooks. eg I ordered the rivet adapter device for an electric drill - they sent me only the pop rivets - I paid US$22 for 120 pop rivets.Be very careful as the way they display the item you believe you add to the cart is very deceptive.

Their address is in Hong Kong their phone number is a 615 area number which i believe is Tennessee. Parcel left China 28/10 but went north to Germany,then to Britain where it departed on Nov 14 and nothing. No Human response on email or phone This is a Bogus company

Everybody, you are not going to believe this one. This morning something told me to check up on myorder that I made with my geniusgift.com on 22 October 20 I searched for the email from the company which looked authentic then checked my PayPal account to check the payment details. My mind told me to check reviews on my geniusgift and hold and behold, yes all I could see is negative 1 ? score in most reviews. I continued to read all these negative reviews and failed to see one positive mention or review of this company. Believe me on this, within an hour or so of reading reviews I noticed a small package in the kitchen beside the kitchen table. My wife was working from home and picked it up and placed it there. When I opened the the package, I could not believe it. There are the two items a Cordless Trimmer and a Micro roller System in front of me. I opened both both and they look exactly how I first saw them. Luck me. Truth be told, I was firmly keeping one eye on this company and would have complained to PayPal when the the time was right. Wow
