Our Pomeranian LOVES it! It’s soft, fluffy, and the perfect size for her to curl up in it.We’ve had it for 2 hours and she’s already having a nap in it.
No real complaints honestly. The website recommended a large for a Pomeranian, but we figured a medium would be fine because a large seemed too big and it’s absolutely perfect, so their sizing may be a bit off. Received the package about 2 weeks from the ordering date, so not too bad of waiting times either.
All in all, definitely worth the money.read more

My pups absolutely adore their MushyBeds! I honestly cannot get them out of it anymore and they love relaxing in it in the afternoon :)
Would highly recommend,their customer service is very good and helped me when I emailed them very well.

I have tried to cancel right away after seeing the reviews (should of looked at them before buying).Ordered on a Sunday and emailed them on Monday. Got an automatic reply saying that they will contact me within 2-3 business days and 2 weeks later still nothing. They had time to send me a promotion email thought WOW!! I got the bed today and it has a funky smell and the "fur" on it has lots of space between the fur lines, 3/4 cm looks like. THIS IS SH!T, DO NOT BUY!!read more

AVOID! Abslulte scam of a website and company. Not the product picrured. They take your money then ignore you and send a cheap imitation product.There is no customer service at all. All of my emails and the form I submitted via their website received no answer.
The bed is awful quality and even at their 'sale' price it was a complete rip off. Fabric is thin and pulls out easily and there is no stuffing on the bottom.
I, like others, wish I'd have checked here first. Lesson learned I suppose.
I did some research and found an excellent uk based company who delivered quickly with an excellent quality product. Pupnaps. Highly recommend this.read more

This company is a sham. I have written to them 3 different times with the automated response of they will get back to me in a couple of days.This does not happen. No bed. No customer service and no refund. Worst of all no correspondence. Do not order from this company.read more

Absolutely horrific sham of a company. Purchased bed and received a shipping notification within an hour.This was over a month ago. Nothing has been received and have not been able to get a real response from “customer service” despite trying to contact them on all possible platforms. Save your money.
Have since purchased a bed that was a quarter of the price, delivered within 2 days and I’d imagine of far superior quality.read more

If I could give a zero star I would. The company charged my card and I have yet to receive a product.It has been over a month and 1/2. I have tried to reach them but have been unsuccessful. I am contacting my credit card and disputing my charge. I am guessing this company will be out of business soon if it isn't already. Do not purchase from them!!read more
