This site doesn't even deserve 1 star. Worst site ever. Terrible costumer service.I appeal to everyone to never order anything from this site. They will rob you of your money and will also not give your order. This site is a waste of time and money. Pathetic website. They messed my order up. It's been a long time and I haven't received my order even after repeated calls and mails. Very disappointed with the website and its costumer service.

You customer service is the worst, I emailed them many time and no reply.
Order was messed up in shipping and one item not to par.
Worst customer service,product okay. Nothing to write helpful to write about.
Their telephone is also unable to reach from outside India.

Very bad experience with Mirraw.com for my order M453361864.
Beware buyers if you are buying from outside India.Product would show returns for damaged products but the policy says shipping has to be paid by buyer.
I ordered 3 items from Mirraw.com. i understand delivery were delayed due to Covid but when I received package 2 items were damaged. Product were inside box and bubble wrap. So there is no way they were damaged in transit. Hence product were sent damaged by Mirraw.com. Addition to product price I also paid my shipping charges. Now their return policy says buyer needs to pay for return. So its costly to return items. Mirraw is offering me 20% refund of cost price for items that they shipped me damaged. Worst customer experience in years. I have been doing online shopping for years and have never seen such bad service.
