if I could score "0 point" for this company, I would have done so : I purchased several articles (dresses)in one single order, that I just received, and .... all articles are of REALLY BAD QUALITY !
SIZES, FABRIC, CUT, COLORS, everything was different from the ads and the photos on their website.
AND...
You can't contact them !
They even block your account so that you can't connect back and claim.
I connected with another account (new) and I tried to send my claim through their "support" center : absolutely impossible to send anything and the message is refused !
So one only ADVICE : AVOID this company and their products. I don't know from where the positive feedbacks on TRUSPILOT are coming, but I'm ready to bet they are as false and unreliable as their ads !

the dress looks nothing like the one in the picture . communication with support center is almost impossible,they answered me only once and after that i just could not send messages to them the program doesn‘t works or they just do not answer. i can not send the dress back because they changed the sizes for me ( i paid extra for that of course) so now i just can not send this dress back . will never ordere there anything any more .

If you think there is even a possibility of you having to return something...then don't even bother; unless you are happy to throw what may not fit in the bin.They make it a VERY VERY difficult process.
Their response was invoice me for the same items and send again! And offered this 'as a solution'(!!!) I.e. To pay twice...once for a bunch of stuff that does even fit! If you can tell me how that is 'a solution'.... you are a better man than I Gunga Din!

I was scared at first after reading the reviews. But, I placed my order after I read the reviews.The reviews were all negative and when I placed my order, it was a week or so before I even had any progress on my order. The reviews were seeming almost accurate, BUT I am happy to say, I got my order QUICK, well not very QUICK, but quick enough. Customer service is a little slow at responding, but the quality of the shoes are great!

I was skeptical when I read about all of the bad reviews as I was browsing through their dress catalogue for 2 evening dresses.However, I decided that I like their dress styles more than the popular Western ones and as I receive them 22 days later (long shipping understandable since Australia is limiting the amount of international parcels entering the country) I am pleasantly surprised!
The dresses I ordered were custom tailored and fit nicely. The fabrics and craftsmanship is quite good too, and note that I had asked Rachel from customer service to help with giving me a specific colour for one of them. She was endlessly helpful and reassuring!
All in all, the dresses took 1 week tailoring, 3 weeks shipping, good custom tailoring service is given as an option, and the dresses are accurate to the advertised photos :)

Ordered 2 dresses on Feb 22, 2021. Received March 13th. Both dresses were too small and one of them had no zipper.I requested a refund and all they keep offering is either a partial refund or an exchange. They won't give me a return label . This is first email: Hi,sorry to hear that and would you like to get exchange OR partial refund instead of return as:
1.Return shipping fee will cost you much money.(Return address is China)..
2.It is too hard to return items in this period…Very probably lost/damaged/taxed during transit..

Had to file a dispute with my credit card company. If i don't get anywhere there then I will file dispute with PayPal . Dealing with China...had I known that's where dresses were coming I would never have ordered!

Very very poor service.
I haven't received my goods within two months of ordering them,so I asked to cancel the order.
They have offered less than 20% refund and refuse to budge..
