No, they don’t answer calls or call back. they wouldn’t honor the 15%discount for first purchase.Poor customer service , a don’t care attitude

Horrible customer service and dishonest

Horrible customer service. They list a phone number, however when you call they don’t answer and ask to leave a message which they never return.I ordered 3 Tees, and I immediately returned two of them, which I even I did not try. It took them two weeks to process a refund, after I sent multiple emails. Then they email me about the refund with deducting $8.00 without any explanation, I had to email them several times regarding not refunding me the full amount. Finally, they replied that they deducted $8.00 due to deodorant stains, I never tried them. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and make any excuse for a return not to be refunded in full. They will be reported to Better business bureau. Even they said they processed my refund, it’s been a while and did not post to my credit card. A dispute to follow with my credit card. Buyers be very careful to purchase from this merchant. What a waste of time!

I ordered items and before they were sent to me they had a promotion. I asked for the promotion to be honored and was told no.Really? First and last time I will order from them. They actually pay a customer service rep with that non existent level of making sure the customer is satisfied.

I highly recommend Michael Stars. I was super impressed with how my items arrived..in a nice gift box and boxed in a larger sturdy box.I got three basic tees which fit great and are super comfy! I am excited to buy more items from this company!
