Has meo only a limited amount of programs to show ? Programs are constantly repeated sometimes every few days ,it beggers belief , does Bruce Willis own shares in meo as the die hard franchise is on at least twice a week

It’s the worst internet provider ever Calls are not free Waiting time 15+ min They don’t have anyrespect for customer They tried to Rob me for 570€ I just used their net 2 days and cancelled the service they said I need to pay the money I said no I have 14 days time they said aaaaaa u need to pay I said no , it’s my right according to Geneva laws that I have 14 days and if I’m not satisfied I can tell them to cancel the service.

Shockingly inept company, even worse service. We have MEO Fibre run over our land in Faro,a junction box and number, but their so called service team (ha) repeatedly say it apparently does not exist, and there is no fibre in our area... I am soooo tempted to test my wire cutters on the non existent cable..... worst telecoms company in Europe.

As everyone else, been deceived and lied by MEO, having signed a contract for Internet speed 1000/400,a few weeks after someone from MEO contacted me over the phone apologising and stating that the speed available in the area is only half of the contracted, they would review the monthly cost until the technical issue would be resolved, since day 1 the monthly fee has not been reviewed and after multiple calls and emails, MEO continues to carry themselves in a shady and operating fully within bad market practices. rude horrible customer services if not interesting in respond costumers switch them off the phonecompany that say one think and do another and show prices with out VAT and don't tell you,after contract sigh and see the bill surprise! their always surprises in the bill overcharge you and can not tell you the reason and you call them taht is not free and not cheaper to talk to them seven if is their error they dont wave the call charge, to me the worse company i can recognise in Portugal

One star is ten too many. Rang to see how to cancel at the end of the contract. Told, "I'll do that for you now,you'll get a bill for a full month and then for the part month ". "Do I need to do anything?" " No, I've done everything, all you need to do is return the equipment when you can, due to Covid". "Are you sure I don't need to do anything else?". "Yes, it's all sorted". Then an increased bill arrived, "as you're out of contract ". Rang again, got someone else, " Yes, I can see it should have been cancelled", was very apologetic and said " you'll get an email in the next few days confirming you have cancelled and detailing your refund amount". 6pm on the Friday, an email from MEO stating they have no record of me cancelling! I rang again and was told that I have to write in with proof of my identity to cancel! Why didn't they say this on the two previous calls? Sent a full transcript to "Livro de Reclamaos "! Then, looking on forums I find a way to cancel using a form hidden in the depths of the MEO website. Filled it in, emailed it to them, went on Messenger telling the full story and suddenly received an email from MEO telling me they can find no records of my previous cancellation calls, but will act on the written cancellation they received now, 6 weeks after my first cancellation call and €90 poorer. These people have NO INTEGRITY, but as I'm a great believer in" what goes around, comes around" and Karma, I take solace in the knowledge that all the people who were dishonest will " reap what they sow", either in this life or the next, and I pity them!
