Ordered $50 worth of merchandise (Order MS-3147630) they automatically tacked on $2.99 for shipping insurance...I left it on just in case.Package never arrived, and they have refused to assist in anyway. When I told them I never received the package they tried to tell me they sent it but didn't give any help or support for me to engage the insurance. This place is a massive SCAM. I will never buy from them or any of their sister sites ever again.

I ordered from them in the past. I can’t complain about the items, good quality and very good choice.My issue is with the aftermath. Over the last months I have received their marketing emails, and again and again I have requested to be unsubscribed. It hasn’t happened. As they are in the US, they don’t care about European law. I am going to block their emails now. They don’t seem to value their customers!

Never again will I order from this company! I paid good money to have my items shipped to me,and because they did not supply FedEx with the proper paper work it has delayed my shipping! When I questioned them, they just say that they are reviewing it and please give them some time. The shipment hasn't moved, and they don't care, they have their money... now its my problem.
