Got a bag direct from their website with a 10% first time purchase discount, and I thought I got a good deal.3 days later, the same bag was advertised for a much lower price on Zalora. Customer service’s reply is generally slow, return process not stipulated clearly on website - FYI, their meaning of hassle free returns means: arrange and pay for your own delivery back to HK.

Hallo Maverick,
I am still expecting to hear back from you relating to my outstanding navy shoulderstrap which did not arrive with my Aviator Hassle Free Weekender Bag - order #3426057A
I made contact on your whatsapp number on 6 & 8 February and was only advised on 8 February that you will send me my shoulder strap as it was not included with my delivery.
I have reached out again on whatsapp on 11 February to confirm if the strap was sent and I have been totally ignored with NO further feedback, communication or tracking details.
I received a link to review my bag to which I responded - I don't see my review on your website either?? Do you remove negative reviews as well rather than attend to it to ensure customer satisfaction at all times especially being a 'start up' company needing to build confidence in your brand?
I sent another email on 23 Feb with ticket number 8359 for follow up and still no response?
I am very disappointed and expected better service than this. I will definitely advise any customer not to deal with you. Nice quality products but appalled by your after sales service.

I received a Maverick & Co. Vibrant Voyage briefcase as a gift. The product is truly impressive both in terms of style and design as well as build and quality.What will absolutely bring me back to the company, however, is their customer service and follow through. One of my briefcase leather zipper pulls got lost on a business trip. When I notified the manufacturer if there were replacement parts I can purchase, they immediately started a support case for me to get me the parts ordered from their overseas supplier and I had it within weeks at no cost.A truly well operated business with very well designed products !

I'd never purchased with Maverick & Co. before, but after reading positive reviews from other customers and seeing that they were pleased with the design and quality of the bag,I decided to order, and I'm glad I did. There was actually a shipping error, but Anders (the customer representative I spoke with) was very professional and helpful. He worked to rectify the issue immediately and reassured me that the correct order would be placed. I appreciate how quickly my issue was addressed and am looking forward to making my next purchase. I highly recommend this brand!

I had bought the weekender bag and was extremely happy with it however after about 2 months a tooth from the zip had come off making it impossible to zip without the zips coming off its'track. Disappointed, I had sent an email to Maverick and Co. without much hope that they would get back to me or allow exchanges because it had been way past the 30-day return window.
To my surprise, they had replied to my complaint and asked for more information on the matter and out of their goodwill had allowed a new bag to be sent over, and I had requested for a different bag model entirely with the fear of having the same problem repeat. I have received the beautiful olive green duffel bag yesterday and I cant wait to use it.
With that, I am extremely grateful to the customer service team who had assisted me with this matter.
I highly commend the quick response and post-sale service standards demonstrated by Maverick and Co.
Keep up the great work and I cannot wait to see more collections from the brand. I will surely be a return customer. The bags I received are of good quality and are sturdy, save for the unfortunate mishap with the zip of the earlier bag.
All in all, I am a very grateful and satisfied customer. You guys have truly surpassed my expectations and I am sure this company will grow and thrive in the future.
