I've been trying to return a product - the MX Master 3 for Mac) which had poor software compatibility with MacOS (despite been a Mac product it suffers from massive latency but works okay on Windows).I raised the initial support case which took several days for a response, then after a canned response from an agent telling me I had a limited frame in which I could now return the product I received nothing for a further several days. I then called customer support conscious that my returns window was quickly closing, who to be fair were much better on the phone - but still well below levels I'd expect from a "top brand" and with no knowledge of whether London was a city or a town. I decided to make a complaint to let Logitech know my feelings on their service, at which point I received a response back telling me I had an open case so deal with it on that ticket with the agent I was complaining about - followed up by a further response almost two weeks later to my original question in French, despite having given no indication from my completely English emails that I speak French... This is still ongoing a month after raising a simple returns request. If Logitech actually reads these comments - Logitech, seriously, get your game together, unfortunately from a quick skim through other comments on here, I can see the only response is to a one liner saying that Logitech headsets are good - ignoring the hundreds of complaints. DO NOT BUY from Logitech directly, If you really want their product go through Amazon or another retailer.read more

I am surprised with my whole experience with Logitech. Their customer service is terrible.I ordered a new Logitech K380 keyboard from their website. I received it with a pen mark/stain. I called in and the whole process was arduous, to say the least. They first asked for photos for proof. Now they want me to film videos. I called in saying that this seems excessive - why would a customer go through all this hassle of getting a replacement keyboard if they could remove the stain themselves? On top of that, there was no well-meaning apology on their end for sending me a clearly second-hand keyboard. Really poor experience. I would return the keyboard, but after reading reviews here on how customers have not received refunds, I am scared to do so. Just thought I would write a review to warn others about my own experience and, perhaps, for Logitech to improve their customer service. A note to Logitech: Do NOT treat your customers as "tricking" your company into getting replacement products for free. A well-to-do tech company would not waste small profits/efforts like this. Your customers know this and sees this as poor practice. They also like to take their time in responding to requests (I called in on Friday, the customer service rep told me she will edit the ticket by Tuesday - 5 days in total to only "edit" my ticket). All in all, the customer service protocols have been incredibly disrespectful. I will not buy another product from Logitech again purely because of this tiresome experience. Brand new MX Keys keyboard, within 6 weeks it starts going wrong.
Logitech's support doesn't answer the phone,then when you do eventually get them on live chat, you instantly realise you are through to an out-sourced Asian call-centre.
The Chinglish is diabolical, and they tell me "We know about the problems with this keyboard, nothing we can do about it.
Then they ask "Anything else we can do for you today?" (but in the worst possible broken English)
Logitech truly is one of the absolute worst tech companies I've ever dealt with in 25 years of PC/Laptop repairs and technology as a whole.
Non-existant, outsourced support that couldn't give a crap about their dreadful products.
Thank's Amazon for replacing Logitech's dreadful product outside of the returns window. Logitech could learn a lot from Amazon.read more

My mouse started double-clicking. It's still on warranty, so I want a new one. They ask me to follow a cumbersome process,filming videos with proof, etc. I did all of that; they keep ghosting me for weeks. Every time I reach out again, they say they will reply to me in two days. It's been more than a month now and still no reply from them. Please do yourself a favor and don't buy any of their products.read more

From the G35 to the more recent models, no other headphone brand can match up to Logitech.
