The Cloud Platform is excellent, providing a pool of resources for all of my users within my business.The user app very simple to use, which has been literally a business life-saver during this pandemic. We have also installed two of the Icon 700 room systems, which deliver amazing quality, with 4k resolution images, making it feel like you're in the same room! iI would strongly recommend Lifesize as the best Video Conferencing Solution for your money by far!read more

I cancelled my subscription, and a month later my subscription was "renewed". They have Indian support centres,no one actually answers a phone or responds to an email. Their helpdesk is woeful and near-impossible to use (probably designed to prevent people from being able to "leave").
They make it near-impossible to cancel your subscription once you've signed up. Steer clear - absolutely do not go near these guys.
Choose Zoom instead. Lifesize was the worst experiment I've made in recent history.read more
