'NUF SAID!!!! Ran into problems with this outfit a while ago trying to get ink cartridges,which they kindly advised were no longer available. Now this! Printer simply prints blank paper although there is still enough ink. Needed tech. assistance to get it printing again, because for past two weeks have been trying for help. Here is their reply, to which I answered appropriately, also mentioning that I believe not to service goods makes their products unfit for purpose according to the Consumer Protection Act or similar. What a disgraceful policy for a supposedly big company. Don't touch this firm with somebody else's bargepole so far I am concerned. Paid about £250 for this originally, now USELESS!!!!!. Lexmark reply: Unfortunately Lexmark has discontinued the production of inkjet printers and does not offer support for out-of-warranty inkjet devices anymore. My lexmark business printer just went bang and spilled tonor all over the insides of the machine - doesnt work at all.if you think business side of lexmark is better and more reliable ...dont! and yea the printer was less than 1 yr old. They will fix it under warranty but what do you do without a printer for the next few weeks while they fix it. just save yourself a headache and go but another brand ...all these poor reviews here are not here without a reason unfortunately...as another person says...how does this company actually remain in business????

Criminal behaviour! Was prompted by my printer software to update the printer's firmware,downloaded the firmware from Lexmark's site, installed the update and it bricked the printer. Customer service resolution? a £320 call out to fix a £90 printer.. Kids need to print their homework but Lexmark want to cash in by bricking perfectly good printers.

I WAIST MORE PAPER THAN I PRINT! I have called Lexmark several times and tried to fix the issue.It only got worse when I downloaded the new Firmware. I can't understand how this Printer company is in business for so long with such horrible performance. I can't have always been this way. Reading the other reviews it seems the Experience is a consistent one. I read the technical Reviews on my MC 2535adwe the the performance was amazing for it's price point. However, it seems that this company doesn't know how to efficiently write Drivers for their hardware. So my immediate problem is the fact that my color is out of alignment and the printer starts printing the page at the halfway mark which seems to cause paperjams as the second page begins to print before the first is finished. I have watched for HOURS as Tech's have tried to remotely fix my problem. Finally, they said that they would send a Tech to fix the problem. I have been waiting for like 2 to 3 months now and no change. This is the WORST Technical purchase I have EVER Made. I went from a Officejet 6500 series inkjet printer, supposing to step up to a Duplex Lazer Printer from Lexmark and I get to watch as the printer takes 20 tries to align and print out what I am asking for. As of this WRITING my warning to any Potential Buyer is ...STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING WITH THE NAME LEXMARK!!!

Yep same review again one star. It doesn't print via the app of WiFi it's always a battle to print or scan just don't but it. My 50 euro hp was a million times better

I would have to concur with my colleagues that Lexmark printers are crap. I spend too much time fighting with it to scan and print,it being offline more than it being online. If you can't create a printer that works with Windows 10, stop making printers. This is my second replacement printer with Lexmark. Never again.

Bought a new C3326dw and had printing problems right out of the box! Contacted support and though I was being taken care of quickly and efficiently,but haven't received everything I was told I would get to fix the situation and no response back from the support agent. Support ticket # 1-348264657971 Am now packing it up to return the printer and buy something else....Not Lexmark!!

called lexmark for a toner cart

I called lexmark to give me a part number for a toner cart so I could order it online.I then ordered the cart online. The cart showed up and it was the wrong part. I called and Lexmark admitted that they gave me the wrong part number. They required me to send proof of purchase of my PRINTER, along with photos of the printer itself. I did this in an email. The correct toner cart was promptly sent to my home and a return pack list was sent with it. I packaged up the wrong part and sent it back. There is a difference in price between the cart I paid for and the cart that I needed. My last email to them was an inquiry of how to get the difference refunded to me. I did not get a response to that email. I waited for the month end to check my bank account for the refund, did not see it and waited a couple weeks longer. Finally I called in asking about my refund. I will say at this point, that every phone call to Lexmark is a minimum one-hour expenditure. I first spoke to customer service, and after painfully explalining my problem, the rep finally understood what I was saying, and then transferred my to customer service. Again having to explain myself to tech support I was given a phone number to customer service. at that time I was getting angry and asked the tech support rep if he knew that customer support transferred me to him. frustrated, I accepted the transfer to customer service and was promised a call back by a manager within 24 hours. I never received that call. I called back a few days later, went through the exact same B.S. and was promised a call back. I never received that call. After a couple of days I called again and finally managed to get someone on the phone that cared, this was Steven. He understood my problem and told me I would get a call back. guess what..no call. I called back again, spoke with Dana and this woman was wonderful. She understands my issue and gets Tech support on the phone in a conference call. Tech support wanted more photos of my printer and my proof of purchase of the printer (again, i had returned a printer cart). Dana had this info on her monitor and explained to andres that it's legit and advocated for a refund for me. Tech support did not want to take her word for it, so Dana emailed my purchase history to Andres. I was promised a refund and a call back within 24 hours. NO CALL BACK. I called the next day, explained my problem and was told that Dana was not there and was offered a call back from a manager, which of course I did not - receive. I called back the next day, Friday, July 10 and got a recorded message saying they were closed for a holiday. Today, Monday I have been on the phone for 2 hours, phone disconnected 3x, the management absolutely refused to give my money back, instead offering me more toner. This is a home printer, it will take me years to use all the toner. Management refused to speak with me. The service reps really wanted to help me, but management put their foot down. They gave me a wrong part number and would not give me a refund. Theives.
