Many thanks to Lorena who has quickly reimbursed the money we paid for Bosch wash/dryer stackable.The machines have been delivered without any protected ambalaj and User Manuals, no protection rack and looking like a second hand products. So, unfortunately, we have had to retorn them back.

I purchased a couch in august 2020. It is may 26th 2021 and I still don’t have it.I have 2 choices, wait or lose 25% of my original payment. Why should lose money because they can’t deliver. Always excuses, your next on the list, we did no received all parts, your sofa is at this this this place…

I doubt if there is a worse place to buy appliances. The service is horrible, when something goes wrong they abandon you to the unreachable manufacturer.My dishwasher has broken 3 times since I bought 6 months and each time its 3 weeks to get repaired. I feel sorry for the people that work there as I'm sure they are constantly taking the abuse belonging to the management.read more

Horrible customer service!! If you buy an item that’s it. Your stuck with it. I bought a couch for3500 couldn’t return it after one day I wanted to return it becauseit did not fit into my living room and I did not like it. Never buying at Leon’s again. I would never ever recommend buying from them.read more

Do not buy at Leon Furniture.
I bought a recliner chair was damaged right out from the box.Asked the delivered guy to bring it back and to replace with a new one. He asked us to send a picture of the damaged chair to customer service which I did. when I called the customer service was terrible with no respect. They hung up on us twice. We were sick to deal with the customer service.
So tell me what should I do?
Please thinks twice when to shop at Leon
