Does what it says on the box - perfect for my needs, the product is not expensive and i dont know why so many complaints.People are asking for premium customer support but dont want to pay for products... doesnt make much sense to me :-D

Terrible Customer Service and Billing Issues Every Year

The product works well but beware. Lastpass was acquired by LogMein, the logic behind it was to acquirecustomers loyal to password manager tools which werent the market leader and hence ‘cheaper’ - by acquiring multiple providers it gave Logmein a guaranteed customer base who were unlikely to switch. Logmein then double (or more) the annual fee. As business models go it is very smart, except that it gives them an issue at managing legacy systems for billing. I have been a LastPass subscriber for years, BUT i cannot recommend their services because the customer experience is so terrible, and Logmein seem unwilling to do anything about it.

Cannot recommend I was offered Premium for 2.25$ by the Chrome extension itself and have been many times. However,when I go to the billing page it says 2.90€ plus an additional 25% VAT. That really is false advertising. Shame on them. I used to be a paying customer once because I like the functionality all in all (as long as I have cross device functionality) but then they changed their pricing model so I could use it for free. Now they change it back and when I then try to pay, the prices are all over the place. It seems like they cannot figure out their business model. Too bad, they'll never get another dime out of me.

Our company has been using LastPass for the last 8+ years. Longer than I have worked for the company.For the most part the tool has been great. We did recently run into an issue where for some reason a couple of our users lost all access to our shared folders. I was the only admin on one of the shared folders and now we have lost admin control over that shared folder. As far as we can tell it wasn't another user that removed my access. Other than this recent glitch it has been a great tool and we still use it.

This tool is soooooooo rubbish. We have been using it for years and I have hated it ever since we set it up.You get logged out ever 5 min, then its impossible to log back in again and just hovers on the load page. Its sooooooooooo buggy. Honestly hard to trust the security of something that doesn't ever seem to function on a basic level. Its such a good idea executed soooooo poorly. I feel bad writing this review because I know how hard to is to build something like this, but the execution is just so poor. Guys fix your product, you've been building it for years so it should be S**T hot not buggy as hell and horrible to use. Excited to find another provider that actually provides the service this claims to give.

They forced me to pay now that I'm not satisfied with their service they say the refund won't provided. I don't see how LastPass survive in the future,anyway you are not relevant for me anymore. BitWarden become my new home wish you all the best!

LassPass works very well. They really have worked out most situations whether you have internet,whether you forget your main password (don't do that), it still is password centered as there is a main password but it can be made to be very difficult so you have a fighting chance of not getting hit. Pricing isn't horrible unless you have to go to the larger plans.
