The staffs who work and manage it are scum, trash, and small men with big egos. Notorious censorship reigns on that platform.People report you for every little thing and mistake you made. Two years ago, they announced new terms of use in which it says that any "hateful content" that is promoted will be removed. This has resulted in many bands being censored for banal reasons. Many are labeled as "Nazis." They censor anything that offends them and anything that interferes with their standards. Abuse, malicious messages, spammers, vandalism, sabotage of charts, and numerous problems are on every corner. The site always has malfunctions, poor performance; whenever they update something, a downtime occurs. Sometimes users are unable to visit their profiles for an hour. The whole site is unstable and unusable. They removed groups, forums, journals, and many social aspects that made the website unique. Now that platform is a ghost town. Users report cases of hijacked profiles that have been compromised by hackers for two and a half years. There are 46 million of them! They are so incompetent and unprofessional that it took them three months to take pity on informing users that their data had been leaked and made it possible for any individual to misuse it. The hack happened in March 2012. They announced the case in June, three months later.
They use outdated technology to protect the data that users store in their central computer. How can you trust an incompetent team of moderators and programmers when they won't let you know that your information has leaked to the public? Applications are on the table and waiting for a response for several weeks. Forum moderators lock posts and delete them from the list. Jon Hallier, the manager, uses an excuse for how he has a small team, and that is why he is not able to do everything on time, which is not true. They support terrorist activists called "black lives matter," who wanted to stage a coup against the president last year. They announced the support for them on their Twitter account. How can you trust them? They supported the mayhem in America. They probably also supported the overthrow of Donald Trump, the attempt to kill him and his family. It is impossible to file a complaint to remove the ban from the profile. He is incapable and untrained to do his job. You can send as many false reports as you want, and he will take that into account and take action against the users without asking you to provide evidence. He doesn't like it when you criticize him. He is very arrogant, vain, and a big quarrel.
He will never listen to the other side of the story. He protects and supports what these toxic fans have written about you. He says how it's rightful when toxic fans tell you to jump in a lake. For this, he would be expelled from every company for this behavior he is expressing towards customers. He would be even sued for this. It is very difficult to cooperate with him. You have no right to criticize an audition. He acts like a communist and a dictator. He imagined that he could silence anyone he wanted, but he did not realize that he would pay the guild for his actions. The manager does not intend to respond to your application. He won't give you the data at your request. He violates data protection laws. He imagined that he was a sublime person and that he could do whatever he wanted with his small team of fascists. They act like thugs and communists. Toxic users have driven many mature members off the platform. Now it is a paradise for thugs, snowflakes, hysterical fans, and psychopaths. They write all kinds of comments, deadly threats, they want the worst for the musician, and some even want the musician to die of a serious illness or commit suicide. Many have reported such comments, but no one will take action because they do not care. There is information that they threatened a member of the band that he would be banned from the site if he continued to "spam" their mail with reports he wrote against trolls. They did not want to give him the full privilege of managing the page of the band he founded. They were very aggressive towards him. They hide from the public that they lose seven million pounds a year. There is an article about this published seven years ago. There is no doubt that they are still losing money. They cover the eyes of the public with colorful lies about how hard they work to improve their site, but the truth is different. Avoid them at all costs. If you want to listen to music, go to YouTube, where you can talk to others and not worry if someone will limit your freedom of speech or suspend you because you were arguing with a narrow-minded fool. Many features have been removed or denied to regular users. They are always an appendix for administration. If you want censorship, this is an ideal place for you.

As a stats and chart nerd, this site used to be one of my favourites. I miss the localised charts,the radio stations that helped me discover so many new bands and the shoutboxes that used to be full of music nerds like me. Nowadays, the website is full of spambots and fake scrobbles and the developers don't even seem to care. I still scrobble but I don't bother with any features.
Also, the 'recommended artists' all seem to be ones that I have already scrobbled over 100 times! Sort it out!

A service to avoid as they have decided to go with the ad theme everywhere, and I do mean everywhere,you cant click on a link without an ad appearing and blaring its message at you at top volume.
