The worst brand I have ever shopped at

By far the worst brand I have ever shopped at. I have to wear there shirts for school and they are the most uncomfortable shirts I have ever worn in my life.The polo shirts are too tight on the sleeves, yet have a lot of room on the chest area. The t-shirts are even worse, I got a medium and it fits like a x-large.

Bad Quality, Bad Policies, Poor Customer Service

TLDR: Badly made clothing, charged me return shipping twice for returning items in the same order because one item was delayed on backorder and arrived much later than the rest,customer service was defensive and accusatory. I placed an order for petite clothing. I'm 5'4", which is on the tall end of petite. Most of the items arrived and were sized much too long -- not petite sized. I returned them because they weren't made right but was charged return shipping for their mistake. Then, much later, the final item that had been backordered arrived. It had the same sizing issue and so I returned it. I was charged return shipping again. When I called customer service about this she was defensive and compared my situation to someone who had received a full shipment, decided to keep some items, and then decided later to use a second return label to return the rest of the items that had been part of the same shipment. She also insisted that their items were sized properly even though she had no interaction with the clothes I returned which were much longer than the petite items I had been buying from Lands End for years. Their quality has been going downhill, but I stayed with them because it's difficult to find petite clothes, but now they've lost a loyal customer.

I purchased sandals for my wife

I purchased sandals for my wife, the bill was $44.28. When she got them they rubbed her feet badly so she sent them back.Our return was 28.22. They did not refund the S&H and they charged us 6.95 for S&H on the return. This isn't the way online cloth shopping works. Amazon refunds the full amount. Don't buy clothes online from Lands End.

I bought winter pajamas from Lands End that I liked very much. Wanting something similar for summer,I wasn't finding anything suitable on their site so I contacted them by email. They responded the next day describing an item that wasn't yet on their site. They kindly sent me photos and a description of the fabric. It turned out to be exactly what I wanted, so I waited for it to show up on the site and ordered. Just wanted to say how great their customer service team was to deal with and how responsive they were.

I expected a beautiful sweater but received a cheap one!!!!!!!!!!! completely garbage Clothing ordered a nice-looking sweater from them,mid-Jan. 2021. took so long to arrive, beyond the est. date of delivery. was very shocked to open the pkg, and felt the sweater with my hands. the thin-ness of it is just like a summer T-shirt. when in fact I ordered and paid, for a sweater. I was trying to send that back no reply to my email from the company I went online and 've wasted so much time on this company and able to get their help which is ₈₄₅ fᵢᵥₑ ₜwₒ ₒₙₑ SEVENₜwₒ fₒᵤᵣ₋fᵢᵥₑ I call the company and they have done my amount back and return issue Thee absolute worst online shopping experience ever. The item looks absolutely nothing like what was ordered. I would NEVER have bought ANYTHING from them. Not only did the items take nearly THREE MONTHS to be delivered, but when they arrived (in dribs and drabs), bore NO RESEMBLANCE to the ORIGINAL pictures on this website.

Terrible Fit

I have loved Land's End t-shirts and bathing suits. I ordered 4 more t-shirts and a dress in my usual small.They are all huge. The shirts are described as 'relaxed' fit. I didn't realize (and nowhere in the sizing chart did it state) that 'relaxed fit' means they are 1-2 sizes larger all over. The dress is just big; not described as relaxed fit. It's cost me $6.95 to determine that fact as they are all going back. I'm super disappointed and will no longer be ordering from them.

What an annoying experience for a $26 purchase!

I cannot remember what the incentive was for me to open a Land's End Visa. I was billed $6.95 for the return of a top so I sent that amount to Land's End.I did not realize that the payment should have gone to Visa because I did not receive a card or a billing statement before the payment was due. When I did receive a bill, there was a $29 late fee! I called them and told them I wanted to cancel my account and would not pay a late fee under the circumstances. Nothing was done and I received another bill with another late fee. It took a bit of hassle to get them to drop the charges. Very poorly run company in my p.o.v.!
