Wanted to say that I'm blown away by your customer support and service. Your products and quality are amazing!My daughter is in love with her lounge pants, so much so, that I will be purchasing another pair, would you believe, for her husband, as he tried them on and loves them too..lol. As we all know that time of the month can be tricky!! However I was recommended this product througha teacher at my daughter’s school as my daughter has Trisomy 21 .I was Amazed that this product works !! I ordered several pieces from the new swimwear collection and am delighted to be keeping most of my order.One of the items didn’t quite work for me so I proceeded through the really easy return steps. When I got to the point where I anticipated directions on how and where to ship my item I was shocked to read that I don’t actually need to send anything and instead get the honor of donating it to someone else (while still refunded)… my jaw literally dropped. It isn’t often that you find a successful business operating from the heart, looking beyond the business model. For that I am immensely grateful and proud to be a Knix customer!read more
