SHOCKING!! Like others I made the mistake of reading reviews after I made my online purchase,
And likeothers I was not made aware of the delivery charge of £6.90 until after the transaction was processed.
After several emails back and forward, response was spend over £25 even though your advised to spend over £17 for delivery.
7 days on and still no sign of my order. I will be instructing my credit card company to retrieve my money back.read more

I ordered on the 27th January understood there would be a delay. Tracked my parcel which apparently arrived in London on the 11th January by the 1st February it has still not arrived.Contacted customer service who said they had promoted delivery when it had still not arrived it took 3 further emails to be told my order had been lost in transit.
