Device does not operate reliably or consistently for wired mirroring of iPhone.
Support from the manufacturer is contradictory,defensive and dismissive.
Manual is too brief and does not make sense in some instances.
Retail supplier is critical and does not support some of the claims of manufacturer.
Device does not work in my building's car park.
Manual does not clearly state there may be issues with some features.
Completely regret my purchase and should have stuck with the original brand I liked.
If I could get a refund and replace the unit with. competitor brand I would do it, however that will cost me.
For the level of investment, these units are expensive, the manufacturer does not appear sufficiently concerned about my issues and the low opinion I have of their product, support, service and brand.

Bad experience with the kitchen appliance. Something went wrong inside the device.When I tried to open it I must destroy the case. Inside I found very cheap motor "made in china". New motor cant be ordered to fix it. Its rubbish product. Now I preffered another brand of kitchen helpers. NEVER KENWOOD.read more

Very bad experience with Kenwood. I bought Invertor Glow 1.5 AC and it stopped functioning just after two and a half years.The customer service experience is the worst. There is a big disconnect between the company and the third party customer service centers. The prices of parts are not consistent anyone can ask for any price. No one has proper information and no one has control over it. And if you have to replace a part you have to pay in advance. What kind of brand does this?
Really disappointed with Kenwood products and customer service. Still a story of Kenwood blender for some other time. I have decided to never buy any Kenwood product ever again.
Just me boycotting them might not make any difference but I can the first drop anyway!read more

I installed the kenwood head unit, it worked fine for 2 months. Then the screen stopped to turn on,and now only the leds from the buttons around the display light up, radio doesn't work, had to plug my old one back in. Waste of money, don't recommend.read more

I order a Kenwood head unit+ HD Rear View Camera package from Amazon, but when I received it and opened,there was no rear camera to be found. I contacted Amazon customer service, and they sent me a rear camera. However, it’s very glitchy and has a poor quality view. The head unit USB port connects is not Android friendly. You have to buy the antenna separately. The sound quality is not as good as my factory radio in my challenger.read more

I was so excited to install a Kenwood DPX792BH stereo in my car. It wowed me at first.But when I ran into a problem, I learned that their support is nonexistent. With "PANDORA" painted on the face of the radio, you would expect Pandora to work well, but it doesn't. It worked fine at first, but soon got stuck in a mode where it only shows "READING", "CONNECT ERROR", or "CHECK DEVICE". I contacted Kenwood about the issue and they pointed the finger at Pandora. I contacted Pandora and they pointed the finger at Kenwood. Since doing a paperclip-assisted hard reset on the stereo temporarily fixes the problem, I blame Kenwood.read more
