HORRIBLE! ABUSE SUBSCRIPTION!
I tried Jungle Scout and former Jump Send for a few months and decided it didn't help me in Amazon busines,but I couldn't find a 'cancel' link in their website, after a few months of delay, I finally find out that they request subscriber to email their support and cancel.
So I emailed them back in March 2019, and requested cancellation. The support desk replied and confirmed my cancellation, also promised a refund for the period I didn't use their service.
But after TWO year, I am surprised to find out they are still charging me subscriptions!
I contacted their support team, and they asked me to request cancellation again, and didn't acknowledge my original cancellation request.
OMG, I can't find any way to cancel and I have to call the credit card company and cancel my credit card instead.read more
