I placed an order on the website, on 7/22/20. My package was supposed to go to a FedEx pickup location.I received an email at a later date saying my package was being returned to the sender, due to the FedEx pickup location being closed (which wasn't shown on the website when this location was picked).
After receiving this message, I first contacted FedEx to see if I could pick the package up, which they said I would have to contact the sender. I then went into a journeys website an di found this help??? ??

Wish I could give a 0 star review. Ordered white Vans which came STAINED. I told the customer service guy I'd have to take it in store for exchange,he didn't tell me the store was shut down. I wasted a trip to the mall. Then I asked for a return label. I was promised full return once there was movement and still no refund. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Unbelievable there is no curbside service during lockdown. And if mailing it back, it lasts 6 weeks.There are many stores but their website just on how to sell, not how to support customer at all. How did they do with multiple times of lockdown since last year?

First of off I am disgusted by your business on 4/1/2021 I went to journeys in West county mall in Des Peres,MO to purchase a pair of black timerlands. They didn’t have the ones I wanted but the manager told me that I could buy them in the store and they would be shipped to the store in 4 days. Later looking at the receipt it says 4 to 7 business days, so I wasn’t told the correct days it would take before purchase if I had I wouldn’t have baught it. Then I waited and called customer service when I checked my tracking for my shoes it said unavable, so I called custormer service to see what was going on. The lady told me my order was cancelled on 4/3/2021 today is 4/8/2021 (I called customer service today) so I asked her why wasn’t I notifie she said I was sent an email. And I was but it was sent to my spam account so I didn’t know. Then I asked her why my order was cancelled she replied that they were out if the shoes. I said ok when will my refund return to my card. She said it’s not we have to mail a check to you. After trying to get MY money back on my card we ended our conversatio. I went back to the store to return the shoe cleaning kit I also b with the shoes and I ask there worker there about my situation and he said that they only send a check when you pay in cash, so even he was confused. So why do I have to wait on a freaking check I don‘t work there I should get my refund to my card. You can charge someone in store cancele there order then make them wait 3 weeks for a check people steal checks I don‘t trust that. Their company is the worst my advice never shop at journerys. This was almost a $200 purchase and instead of putting it back on my card your risking my money getting stole with putting it back on a check. I don’t know the employees at the store. I’m not saying they would steal it but now a days you don’t know who is trustworthy. And if your warehouse is out of the shoe someone is purchasing you shouldn’t take there money the transaction shouldn’t go through in the first place.

I would give them 0 stars if it were an option. I ordered a pair of shoes on December 21.After I had already placed my order I received an email telling me that the shoes were out of stock. I waited for the shoes to come back in stock. The shoes were stolen upon delivery. They told me in order to get the shoes they had to do a two-week investigation before sending me another pair. I've only had a package stolen one other time and DSW shipped me another pair right away. They never actually put in an order for another pair of shoes until I waited two weeks to hear back from Journeys. Then I ended up having to order another pair of shoes, because I needed a different size. I got an email telling me that the shoes had been shipped to the store. I get to the store and they tell me that they can't find them. Then when I'm halfway home they tell me that they found the shoes, but they are in poor condition and I would have to order another pair or drive back to get a refund. I can't believe that I have to make a third trip back to the mall just to get my money back. I am disgusted with the experience I have had with Journeys.

Return policy ... Journey’s shoe store... the warehouse received the Timberland boots on February 2,2021. The call centre person and the manager, Sam, stated that I must wait four weeks, specifically he said, “March 1st” then I will receive an email from the warehouse letting me know that the boots have been checked, that they are in good condition, and when I will receive a refund. 4 WEEKS!
Can someone please explain why it will take 4 weeks to inspect the boots? I asked to speak to a manager in the warehouse and I was told, “No.” For this reason it’s not worth shopping online.

If you have the item and it was confirmed that you have the item as of Feb 2, 2021 why does the company need 4 weeks. Amazon is able to refund a return immediately. Other companies are able to refund a credit card within 5-10 days. The manager at Journey stressed that I would need to wait 4 weeks. I will never order online from Journeys again.
Update: It is Feb 22 and still no email or refund. I cannot believe the company cannot do anything sooner than March 1st.
Remember, the manager said on March 1st. I would get an email letting me know that I will get a refund. I will still need to wait after that date to receive the actual refund. This is unacceptable and bad business. I will never recommend buying online from Journey’s.
Update: It is March 1st and still no refund! I have not received any communication from Journey!

Positive experience. I bought my pair of boots online on a Monday morning, to have the UPS guy knockingat my door on Tuesday at 830am with my purchase in hands.
Quick and everything came perfectly: right size, right colour, just as you would expect.
I also contacted their costumer service on their page to check for my tracking number, and the service was quick and efficient as well.

Two days post scheduled delivery, I reach to to check on my order through the Journey's chat feature to only be informed that I would not be receiving my package. Journey's failed to inform their customer in a timely manner. I regularly order items online from many different retailers and I can assure you, Journey's competitors do not handle business this way.
I was offered a coupon that is available to everyone who goes online for my inconvenience with their neglect of service, which in and of itself is funny... Journey's, no need to ask me to respond through a website or to apologize, you failed. You didn't notify in a timely manner, or even at all until I reached out to Journey's and then insulted me with a coupon that is already on-line for all.
