I absolutely love JRF! Before I joined I had the coolest experience with Josef and his team at their office in Auckland doing a live workout on fb.They are a great team with exceptional skills, which is why everything they produce is of a very high standard whether it be customer service, changes and upgrades in the app and just how they cater to their MANY clients WORLDWIDE. First of all the app is fantastic. Easy to navigate your way around. Workouts and meal plans are very detailed so doesn't leave you confused especially if you're new to health and fitness. This app and plan is great for you. I still can't believe I pay such a little amount for all that I get in that app. Super affordable! Helps especially because I'm a uni student so it's not a huge dent in my wallet. I could go on and on but if you're like me and you read reviews to see how legit a product or company is let this be the review that gets you on board with JRF.

JFR is by far the greatest program I have tried and have been more consistent with. Here’s why: 1)Diet tailored specifically for your goals; whether it be shredding fat, or bulking up. Don’t like the diet preference?You can even switch up. The easiest part is you don’t need to choose what foods will hit your macros. The diet includes the meal one must prep. 2)The workouts are superb, not too complex, and each workout plan is tailored from I only wish to workout three times a week, or even the I’m new in my fitness journey. 3) The JFR App makes everything much easier. Say bye to printing out emails.

Josef Rakich training is awesome i started seeing results right away and I like that he focus on muscles I've been struggling to get and I didn't even have to tell him.He has it all worked out loving the results im getting. Also the he makes the meal preparation easy!
