It's lockdown and with a Leaver's Ball coming up, I bought a couple of dresses from different websites.Unfortunately this dress didn't fit but it arrived when it said and was returned with ease - unlike one of the other dresses from another website! Good customer service and good use of the App. All in all, a positive experience.

I’m just writing as I’m not exactly sure how it all works. I ordered 6 items on the 15th of may hopingfor it to be here for the 1st of July which I’m hoping it will be because it does say 3-6 days processing 12-15 days shipping which I’m completely okay with however my order has been split into two where one order is a face mask and the other one is my dress and stuff so I got a confirmation email saying everything has gone through and I can track my parcel that only has my mask in with my tracking number in a website and it says my package is being delivered by Chinese e packet and they also ship items from wish and Ali express which aren’t the most reliable for delivery. I remained hopeful and my parcel has been in transit since the 19th of may and won’t let me refresh since the 21st of may I’m getting very concerned as it’s now the 24th of may and nothing has come through about the dress and other items which I need for my prom. I’m just asking if jjs house could respond and kind of help me out a bit as I’m confused. Thankyou.

Do not buy from here, I bought my wedding boots and when they finally arrive nearly 3 months later the standard and finish was appalling,4 boot loops missing off each boot so I couldn't tie them properly and the finish was terrible, they were all frayed around the seems, absolutely disgusting

The worst online ordering and refund experience.

Firstly, I got an email to say they couldn't complete my order of three dresses because they don't cater to the 'buy-many-keep-one'purchases, as the dresses are made to order (which I find hard to believe; if they can deliver a dress in 8 working days and it be made to order then I am shocked). They refunded me the wrong amount for the two dresses they didn't send. I then returned the dress I did received and they refunded me the wrong amount again. In the end and after multiple emails, I was out of pocket by about £20. Ordering dresses for a wedding should be enjoyable. This was not an enjoyable experience. I advise not buying from this website. On a slightly more positive note, the dress was better quality than expected. Not great, but not terrible.
