After ordering the items, they were too big. Sent back asking for an exchange for a smaller size.That didn't happen. Instead I got an email saying they have refunded the items. One month on and several calls and emails later, I finally received a partial refund. After querying this, I have been told it should be refunded in 5 days. Quick to take payment but slow to refund. I will buy from the shop, but not online.read more

Good quality clothing, but cant say the same for the customer service, very poor service.I returned items on the 6th of March for exchange or refund. I have Phoned twice and still no further forward.very disappointed.read more
