I have used Jackie Lawson cards for years they are lovely and have dug me out of some memory lapses.I like that they send you notifications of cards sent and opened an d now that the Birthday reminders seem more reliable that will be very helpful. Being able to send a "thankyou " card immediately on receiving a J L cardits also helpful.One slight concern is that I keep getting requests to renew membership when I know that's not due . I'm very happy with service and quality of card

Lousy customer service

Love the cards but not the customer service. I ordered 10 copies of the English Garden for $30,was able to send 2 or 3 before program stopped responding. JL support kept issuing convoluted "possible" solutions. Finally I asked for, and they agreed, a total credit. They sent me a 10% credit I complained and never heard from them again. I WAS a customer for more than 10 years.

The app for sending cards through text does not work with my phone. I contacted jacquielawson.com many times and no one responds.I do not recommend them at all. There are other sites that much better and responsive.

This is not my experience, an error occurred. I was on vacation over the Easter holiday and when Ireturned yesterday I learned that Easter cards had been sent to all my friends & relatives -- I did not send the cards yet I received receipts thanking me from your company for all of the cards. Did you have a computer problem? I've been a member for many years, however this is the 1st time this problem has ever happened. Barbara Harris

I have used this site for many years and have had many lovely replies from the recipients who love the cheerful cards.During Lockdown they have been warmly received. The Advent Calendars are very clever too. There is an excellent choice of cards and the site is very easy to use. I have never had a problem. The site is also inexpensive to use.
