Don't consider working as a secret shopper for Ipsos if you want to be communicated with and respected for your time and efforts.Whoever is responsible for running Ipsos ought to invite a secret shopper to look at Ipsos itself. The girl I spoke to to complain was receptive and understanding and said she will pass on my views but she isn't responsible for it's flaws and probably has no clout. Ipsos must lose committed hard-working shoppers who won't tolerate such poor treatment but perhaps those thick-skinned enough not to give a damn or sadly desperate for a little money and a meal keep going. Really badly managed. Shame as it could be simply fixed if they cared enough to fix it and had more respect for the shoppers.

I signed up for a revealed shop- a six hour shop that sounded fun and involved asking people questions while they were charging their cars.But the scheduler never mentioned that I might have to spend the entire six hours outside in the parking lot without any shade in the sweltering Florida heat. Turns out that car charging stations do not have overhead canopy to provide shade as gas stations do. She made it sound like a fun and easy shop because she needed to assign it to someone. I wasted my time driving to the location and the manager confirmed that there was no way to do this shop from the air conditioned store interior. I left immediately, emailed the scheduler, and she indicated that she was issuing me a citation! Really, she was upset with me but I would have had heat exhaustion if I had stayed. The client did a poor job of setting up this shop, and apparently it did not occur to anyone that Florida heat is dangerous. I don't care about a client that obviously does not care for my safety.

I am constantly being asked to take part in a swab test survey but do not wish to do so.I have received letters & texts. I have told them that I do not want to participate & asked them to leave me alone. They have apologised for their contributions attention but continue to harass me. I am taking legal advice to stop them.
