This bank is a disaster.
I don't know who manages operations and personnel, but they clearly need to go back to school.
Customer service people are the worst,they shout on the phone have an attitude and have no clue about anything. When you call depending on whom you're talking to you get contradictory information every time, then they don't share their names so no accountability at all, you could complain to the Bank but the first thing they will say we will investigate but how can they investigate if they lack the most basic information about who are the person.
The whole Bank is a mess is really part of their company culture, its obvious when you see those comments here I am in Germany and there are comments from people from all over the world.
They don't take customers seriously, with this type of behaviour and all the excellent growing fintech in the market, they won't survive longer.read more

Nightmare booking experience

Myself and my best friend received a voucher for an overnight spa stay at the Crowne Plaza in Marlow,trying to book has been an absolute nightmare, first they insisted on speaking to the person who bought the voucher, why this was a gift? Then they keep saying the buy a gift voucher doesn't work, then they said we can't have our 25 min treatment until the Sunday when the Saturday is the main full day. When my friend called them they told her something totally different. They've now managed to get a treatment in on the Saturday but I'm still not sure if that's for one or both of us as the communication is terrible. What should be something amazing me and my best friend are looking forward to has been a total nightmare.read more

I report to them for some thousand euro who stole from mybank account to one who was their client and they did nothing but let the scammers free to take the money.
* my report was initiated 30 minutes after transaction so they hat 2 days to stop it at leastread more

One star is too much! For the entire month of March and today is 25th I have tried using my card,and its blocked. I am told I used the wrong code 3 times. Have no idea how that happened, except by someone else trying it on. So each time I have gone online and changed my pin as recommended by their website. When I get to the shops, my card is refused EVERY SINGLE TIME. So I contacted the french office and said there is something wrong with my card, and I am ignored. Today I had my card refused for the last of about 15 times this month. I am changing banks. EXPATS especially, don't touch this bank, there is no English facility on their bank sites. I have not been able to access the money in my account now for 25 days and I feel like reporting them to the police as Ing appear to think they can keep my money.read more
