Working with Matt at industry recruiter was a really positive experience with a personal touch.Matt took the time to speak to me to find out my exact needs before he went on a search to find a good fit candidate. Generally very good. I would be great to get a bit more candidate information when an interview is scheduled; position they will be interviewing for,their phone number, etc. Right now we only receive the candidate name, email and the outlet to which they are interviewing. If we have numerous requests out it can get confusing.
Also it would be nice to add a few additional questions to the request form to narrow down the type of candidates we are seeking.read more
