If I could give 0 I would. Ordered a $1600 light from them on May 12. After a few days I checked “shop” and it said shipped but no location.I emailed Indoor Growing on 3 occasions, the last one to ask to cancel the order. I was told by Lauren that there would be a 15% restocking fee as the light was shipped on the 13th. After checking with Canpar I’m showed that the light was in fact picked up on the 25th from the seller (rayonled). Therefore BUYER BEWARE indoor growing Canada’s customer service and refund policy is clearly not worth much. I declined a return label as I don’t believe I should be over $200 out of pocket for crappy and deceitful service. Anyone who wants copies of my correspondence with IGC and Canpar can call me at 2046893738

I would give a “zero” if possible. I ordered a 4 pot Autopot system on April 20. Waited until after 10 days before contacting,was told would be shipped out later that week. Followed up the following week as order status was unchanged. At that point was told the shipment came in but my pots were not there. Followed up the following week and was informed they are back ordered, could have told me that initially and would have ordered elsewhere. I sit a month after placing order with silence from the company (Elizabeth) and out my money. Buy or order anywhere else but here unless you enjoy losing money and caught up in a run around.

If I were rating this company 6 months ago I would have given 4-5 stars. The last few orders had been less than a 1 star.They say “we are growing really fast”, and are “having a hard time finding people” is absolute garbage. I see your ads for discounts update constantly. Marketing is in full swing buy nothing else. I would be happy if a monkey responded with “oo oo ah ah” because it would actually be a response. The emails asking for reviews on products when I can’t get a reply from anybody. After several messages on the chat that were not yet returned they actually removed the chat function from the website (at least for me). ANY proper notice or information has NOT been communicated with their customers that I can find. Only more discounts on products without notice. Your company is in crisis. Put a notice on your main page addressing this, while taking down the sale banners and stop the junk mail or you can fire anybody you hire since your company is gonna shrink more than it grew. Word is travelling fast and hard.

I never did get a reply from the company but within days of writing this review they had shipped part of my order via purolator (not Canada post). I have since received all but a $10 item. To think the $10 item would delay a $500 order a month is pretty sad. The prices for nutrients are good but make sure you order at least a month before you run out because you never know when you will get them even if the product is “in stock”. As soon as the free shipping threshold is met start a new order. Large orders can be seriously delayed for single items. I updated to a 2 star rating because of the price and the fact that I did receive the products.

I was happy because they give me free sample in my box
The emerald harvest is fresh (exp 22)it not old stuff

If you're looking to get involved in a COMPLETE RUNAROUND, this is definitely the place,they will instantly take your money upon you placing your order, but actually getting your products will be a challenge!! Customer service doesn't seem to care about communicating with customers, they focus their energy on BS stall tactics like they're having difficulties with their fake warehouses which don't actually exist!! It's really seeming like they're walking a fine line between a legit business and total fraudsters!! BUYERS BEWARE!!! IT TAKES A LOT OF SHADY "BUSINESS" DEALS TO PROMPT SO MANY PEOPLE TO POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS SO OFTEN!!!

I wish I would of found this review site before I made the dumbass mistake of trusting their reviews on their website.? I made my order 20 days ago, and I haven't even received half of my product yet, and all that I haven't received hasn't even been shipped yet!! I'm still holding out hope that they'll get it figured out sooner than later, but I'm definitely not holding my breath!!?? I spent around $1850 on my order, but apparently timely shipping, and customer service aren't included in the price!?!?? I'll keep everybody posted on how this plays out!?!??♂️
UPDATE
So it is now March 2nd and I am still short approximately $1350 worth of product in an $1850 order, the customer service makes Chinese retailers look like saints!! The communication from them has been super limited and when they do choose to contact you they will act completely innocent and dumbfounded by what's going on!? These people need to be shutdown for their fraudulent "business" deals!!
UPDATE
It's now March 8th(31 days after placing the order) after a single phonecall with IGC customer service which resulted in zero progress with coming to any sort of resolution on the matter I emailed them that I would like to cancel the order and get a refund! The response to the email was that they would refund my visa after I showed proof of shipping back the items I did in fact receive, however after being lied to for 3 weeks now I'm a little hesitant to extend any more trust to these people!! After this sequence of events I feel as though if I follow their instructions I will be left with no product and no refund! I am instead going to reach out to Visa and the Canadian Anti-fraud center to see how I should proceed!? Wish me luck! I will follow this up with another update when I get the situation resolved!?!?

THESE FRAUDSTERS WILL DO NOTHING MORE THAN GET YOU INVOLVED IN A TOTAL FRAUD WHICH WILL ABSOLUTELY WASTE 3 OR MORE MONTHS OF YOUR LIFE!!!! THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!

ITS NOW APRIL 27TH AND I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THESE CROOKS SAYING I'VE BEEN GIVEN A REFUND OF $1337.22, HOWEVER, I HAVE RETURNED EVERY SINGLE THING THAT I ACTUALLY RECEIVED FROM THEM AND IT APPEARS AS THOUGH THEY ARE LITERALLY TRYING TO RIP ME OFF FOR $531.35! THESE PEOPLE SEEM TO THINK THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW!!!! THESE CROOKS SPEND MORE TIME SCRUBBING SOCIAL MEDIA OF NEGATIVE COMMENTS, AND WRITING FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON AS MANY REVIEW SITES AS THEY CAN IN ORDER TO TRY AND BURY THE REAL REVIEWS WHICH REFLECT NEGATIVELY ON THEIR FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR!!! I ordered a bunch of stuff on March 31st. I waited their " deadline for shipping" which is supose to be up to 10 days.We are now April 27th, almost a month later. I sent 2 emails & called 4 times in the last 2 weeks. No answers. I don't care their reasons. If its about to take 30 days before shipping, then dont lie telling customer " up to 10 business days before shipping" .. Tell them 30 days not 10 days. Only take 5 minutes to change that info on your website. Shady. Last time I order from their website. Can't relate on the quality of the order since it hasnt arrive yet.
