When there is any problem customers mean nothing to them.

I've bought from them two watches. The first time when everything went fine I could easily recommend this shop.The second time when FedEx lost my parcel they showed that the customer means nothing to them. To get any update on your case you have to send email after email to them because they didn't even bother to update you by yourself. At the moment I'm waiting for a money refund for two months. Which is unacceptable. Avoid if you don't want all that stress when there will be a problem with your purchase.

I ordered an expensive Japanese pen from Iguana sell. They did not have it in stock,but said it would be about 4-6 weeks. I later found out, from elsewhere, that because of Covid that particular Japanese pen Company weren't shipping at all. I cancelled the order with Iguana and they asked me to leave a 40% deposit to secure the pen when it became available. From talking to other pen companies that would likely be quite some months. I declined the offer and received a refund without hassle within three days. I didn't like the seemingly commercially aggressive suggestion I leave a deposit when the manufacturer were not even able to give shipping dates. Something Iguana sell did not tell me. Other pen companies I know and trust were refusing to take orders for this major Japanese manufacturer, saying it might be many months. Whereas Iguana told me it would just be a few weeks. For all of this they seem honest. I will not shop with them again as I like to enjoy more trust with vendor's advice. Things I liked. Fast, polite and competent replies to emails. Fairly quick no hassle refund. I paid with Paypal.

Bought an AV8 watch from here, or at least paid for one, I am still yet to receive it. Despite being told it would be with me within a week.I was then told my order would be delayed after enquiring where it was, but that it would definitely be fulfilled in March, then when that didn't happen, no contact was made to explain the further delay, now I've been told it will be with me in April, I am still waiting... No discount offered for the fact ive now missed both the original birthday AND the rearranged meet in March.

I was a bit dubious at first but pulled the trigger on a £900 Ball watch, £200 cheaper than buying it here in London.Did what they said, genuine watch delivered from Spain duty paid in 36 hours. Use the 18% discount offered with news letter sign up, it works. Anyway well done the Iguana !
