I wish I could give them a zero star. I subscribed to Hotstar with a Roku promotion in December.After not receiving the Roku for a month, I wrote to them and they tell me that I did not sign up for the Roku promotion despite the fact that I clicked on their own web site that had Roku promotion. Even though this promotion is still in effect, they rudely denied that they cannot honor that promotion and when I asked them to cancel my subscription they said I could not. The customer service support I exchanged emails with was extremely rude in messaging and came across as 'like it or leave it but we are not giving you your subscription money back'! The streaming is also patchy and it freezes up a lot
