Hostgator is a horrible service, our account has been hacked several times and all our files deleted.Thats okay its possible that the mistake was ours however they have now failed to give us our back up, each minute we are offline we loose money. We have reached out to them countless time and no one can restore our back up. Stay away from this service update^^ After writing a review they contacted us and guess what? they sent us the wrong back up files, simply took our files we have been trying to restore for the past 5 days and sent them back to us, what a joke!

if i could give 0 start i will just a waist of time can you imagine i bought a domain name and they asking me to send color ID card and Credit card information before to validate my account .You better ask me for business registraction number, that is even better . you buy hashing plan hosting and domain , domain is not added, you need to contact support before to get domain added , then will tell you domain is not available or register with another registra while they domain checker told you domain is available . so much bad experiences have tried them 5 times all the time , same story so bad you gys really do not need to be a hinting provider
