Absolutly rubbish, useless product. Bought the smart watch and will not work with apple iphone,tried everything and obviously just cheap rubbish. Would never buy another honor/huawei product after this, they are cheap for a reason, they dont work, avoid at all costs and stick with bigger proper companies.

Scam artists

Scam artists. Put good looking deals on their website which they show as in stock but don't have any stock for. I was promised delivery would happen for 2 weeks,messed about and messed about. They confirmed stock was there held for me but they were too busy to send it, then all of a sudden 2 weeks later....... there is no stock. This was a present for my little boys birthday. As they stated that it would be delivered before his birthday I ordered. Then I had to explain to him that it wouldn't be here until after his birthday. And then 2 days after his birthdat this disgusting company got back in touch and said they now have no stock, after almost two weeks of having stock on hold for me. I think it was purely a way to get orders in before the new fiancial year. I would never buy anything from them again. Totally useless and horrible company. Still no sign of a refund, will have to chase with bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!!!!!!

I was in the market for a new smartwatch and finally settled on the Honor Magic after scouring YouTube for an hour looking at reviews and at £50 it seemed like a steal!I was a bit sceptical when their site didn't accept PayPal but after a quick search their payment method seemed legit. After a working day or 2 there was no update on my purchase so I decided to come on here to see if there was anything from anyone else, and to my dismay I saw the horrible reviews. I emailed them and expressed my concern and was told it will probably be a couple more days. On the eve of one week since my order I was planning on emailing the next day to cancel and request a refund when an email from DHL came through to say they had a package for me. The package didn't mention anything about HiHonor and I didn't receive an email notification from the site. The next day the watch arrived as well as an email from HiHonor with my invoice and confirmation. Cannot fault the watch itself, really is a bargain for the money. I just feel they should make an effort to reply to a few comments on here because they will undoubtedly lose business over these shocking reviews as well as making the order/delivery procedure a lot more efficient. If you're in any doubt pay a little extra and go through amazon but otherwise waiting one week isn't too bad, even it was a week on edge.

Poor service. Ordered items on 8th March, delivery date said between 9th-14th March. Still no sign of delivery,still no sign on a dispatch email and just keep getting fobbed off by Live Chat. How can I escalate?
