My order never arrived. I gave a week to take into account issues with the courier.
I then contacted Harry's to inform them.They replied very swiftly to inform me my replacement order was being made up and will be sent out as a next day delivery.read more

Had a delivery issue and they not only responded and apologized but took action to change my future deliveries by changing to Royal Mail rather than Hermes.

I guess they're not that bothered about it, so long as they sell more razors.
