Ordered some christian louboutin trainers for my brother in law, opted for express delivery and chose my date 19th May 2021,redirected to pay and paid, I then noticed the express delivery had been removed and standard delivery was now the delivery choice,i emailed immediately clearly stating what had happened and that i needed them for 20th May 2021, get an email 19th May 2021 from amelia at the customer services team telling me that I did not select express delivery and there system wouldn't change nothin so calling me a liar. 5* for rudeness amelia your Killing the job, safe to say i will now take my money elsewhere.

Nil points to Harrods. I placed an order at the start of May that arrived well packaged a few days later.One of the items was not what I ordered and the other was damaged but had still been wrapped in paper and sent to me! I called customer services who said I needed to email them and send photos which I did. I didn’t hear back so I called them. They said it was being investigated. I said I wanted them to deal with it right away as I had already sent them all the details. Kessy said she would request a refund for me and agreed to refund my postage costs. 4 days later they refunded 2 amounts not relating to my purchases. The next day another third amount also not relating to my purchases. They still owed me a third of my refund. I called customer services and was transferred to Harrods hampers, called again and was cut off, called again and got through but was put on hold by agent for 10 minutes. They said they will look into it. I didn’t hear back. I called another 3 times and emailed and finally received another 3 refund amounts finally totalling the amount remaining. Their transaction team refunded one refund in 6 transactions! What a dreadful shoddy disorganised time wasting company. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Money grabbers who don’t care about the customers

If I could rate ZERO STARS I would. I bought my son some Alexander McQueen trainers for £240,he had them on 4 times and the McQueen sign on the back wore off as did some of the leather. They responded saying the shoes have been heavily worn!! They certainly had not been heavily worn and when I responded to the email I got no response just the shoes shipped back to me with no resolution. Awful customer service department, i will never buy from harrods again after this experience. I also had an issue where they sent me over 200 “verify email address” emails blocking my mail box so important emails were missed and again no resolution!

I went to visit Frederic Malle section at Salon De Parfum and I was served by the lovely Caroline.She really gave me a nice talk about each fragrance that I wanted to try out. She so lovely and she gave me a 10/10 service.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Their Customer service department might aswell be non existent.Still waiting for a manager to phone me back after almost 5 weeks now. Shoes arrived in poor condition, didn’t fit anyway and when they’ve been returned, they’re saying we scuffed the shoes and no refund given. The Alexander McQueens were tried on and then put back in the box. Disgrace of a company, avoid!! Worst experience I’ve had with a company and £350 out of pocket.

Top class! Their delivery speed is not the fastest one but it is worth waiting, indeed.I have ordered a Burberry jacket and I am absolutely mesmerised by how it's been carefully and meticulously packed. Great communication from their customer service, too. The jacket is amazing and I will be coming back soon! Thank you, Harrods x Burberry.
