This company is Not in Australia.. despite the.com.au ! They take absolutely no responsibility once they have your money & pretty much won’t give you a delivery estimate (contrary to what they might say ) ...I thought I was dealing with an Australian company ...the costume won’t arrive in time so it’s been a total waste of money ..in future I will be more diligent about who I am dealing with ..stay away from them !

Well, I pre ordered some Baby Yoda shoes. They're so cute and and I can't remember when they're coming but it's still exciting.I just contacted the company to find out why a discount wasn't applied. I was responded back to quickly and was told that the discount or percentage off can't be applied to pre orders. I understand and I'm still too excited about the shoes to care about the non existent in unicorn hugs

It's been 17 days and still don't have my costume and I need in for this Saturday (2days away)I know I'll never recommend this store to anyone. Emailed asking about where my order was and was told I picked standard postage and it's not guaranteed to arrive in time. Id suggest that they put down that the orders are shipping for the US. As I know even 10 days is a stretch when it comes to postage and I would of paid for express!!!! .com.au!!!! Not in australia

Absolutely rubbish order a pennywise costume from them they sent the wrong size and I tried to emailthem about it which they didn't reply had to live chat the at 5am just to get answer to which they said they only sell one size which is bull because the website still have other sizes then said it was my fault. And to get a refund they take an 18% restocking fee or can get store credit but they don't even send the right time so why would I want anything else from them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They don’t even deserve 1 star! I ordered a Cruella Deville costume and it arrived damaged.Even the cardboard packaging was damaged. The costume was shredded on the inside and the button holes did not work. I called and I was sent a replacement costume. The replacement costume came in a much smaller size and again the cardboard packaging was damaged. I called back again they sent another costume. That costume was even smaller than the second one. And that one did not even have cardboard packaging at all, just a little piece of cardboard in the package. So I called for a refund. I was provided with three mailing labels. I printed the labels printed the packing slips packaged everything and took it to USPS. I have my receipt, the packages were received by them on April 19 and April 20. Their system only shows two packages received. The reason for this is because two of the mailing labels that were sent to me were the same exact tracking number. I just left the post office and they told me that those items were sent and they were delivered and the duplicate numbers would not matter. I would like my full refund immediately. I have proof of delivery. I spoke with Joyce who was so rude and Amber who was no help at all. Not to mention these costumes were ordered in March and returned on April 2. Now we are in May and I am still dealing with these people. Definitely never ordering from them again!

My order was lost by the ever-uninnovative Mail Innovations, a partnership of UPS and the USPS,through no fault of Fun.com’s. (Seriously, do yourself a favor and choose ANY OTHER SHIPPING METHOD. Carrier pigeons have a far superior delivery rate. But I digress). The representative made the refund hassle-free, which I appreciated.
