Wished GB would have contacted me on a previous bid win (derringer) that was canceled by the seller and his negative remarks made by him that were left on my account.I attempted to contact GB to rectify the situation (I still have all of the correspondence from that seller/item). To date, no one has contacted me, nor have those remarks and ratings been removed from my ratings. Thanks

Saved Search emails

Reported, numerous times, that I have not been receiving "Saved Search" emails or bid conformation/win emails.Each time I filed a request to correct this, I have received a standard, "cookie-cutter" reply on how to request email alerts.
I have been receiving emails from Gun Broker for years prior. As of about 8 months ago they stopped through not action on my part.
Nothing seems to get resolved through Gun Broker customer service.
I have to perform manual searches on Gun Broker when I can.

I try to be sure I review very positively 9 out of 10 times. Please know that. This company is verymisleading if not insidious as to their representation as it relates to their marketing then administrating the “auction”. This is new to me, but there are products with no reserve but the minimum bid required is over the market value. Ok, let us all learn. BUT, to be so disrespectful as to not honor your decision to “opt-out” (unsubscribe) is pathetic. There are other websites/ services who provide services with integrity. This company is not. NOW, this being said, it’s only my experience.

Seller stole my money on one purchase and did not ship the gun. He wanted a ransom payment of $450.00 but that was NOT part of the purchase agreement.Filed BPP requesting help for refund but virtually no communication, no questions answered from Gunbroker, no live person to speak with. Lack of response so do not know if I can have any recourse. Service is uneventful in a good buying/selling reputation. Not happy with gunbroker. Friend also had that problem and for complaining, they banned him. Not a good way to go, GB. You can and should do better than that.

Deep Hatred for Gunbroker Pay

I have a deep hatred for the whole Gunbroker Pay process. No matter what I do its never satisfied.I do what it asks then the next step requires more time, more questions, more steps. Its a huge pain. Customers complain about it and tell me they wont buy my items because I require it. And its all because they hate Gunbroker Pay as well. Why change? The old way worked fine and felt safer. Now my routing and account numbers are on several pages of yours. Wow that feels safe these days.
