I purchased a few items and noticed I ordered the wrong size (completely my fault).I asked the Customer Support team if they can help at all. I was honestly suprised how quick and easy it was for them to sort out a new order and was completely understanding and always wanted to make sure I was happy with the amendments. Couldn't fault them at all (special thanks to Eunice, they deserve a medal!)
Everything else was super easy and came pretty quick. The items that came were fantastic and no damage nor any marks and look better then the photos they were advertised with!read more

Thought it was a scam. Ordered 4 rings several months before hearing anything from them.About two months after placing the order, I sent them an email to make sure my items were en route and Gthic responded promptly.
Not only did they apologize for the delays, they gave me a free ring as a gift and also gave me a discount code to use in the future.
Would be a 5 star review if the shipping hadn't taken nearly 6 months.
TLDR: not a scam, shipping just takes foreverread more

I ordered 4 rings back in January. They contacted me because they did not have a ring in the size I've ordered.Let me pick a new one and sent my order out. My package got lost in the mail so I contacted support through messenger. They were very helpful and even resent the order at no charge. I received the rings a few weeks later. All rings look as pictured and all sizes were correct.
Overall the service and products are great. Will order some again.read more
